Choosing the right contractor to install your new or replacement windows is an important step in the window replacement process. In our book, it’s equally as important as choosing the right windows. But how do you know if you’re choosing the right one for you? There are a few things to consider.  With the unique weather conditions and brutal sun exposure we have here in Northern Arizona, you want a contractor who is familiar with building in the area. You’ll want to find one that’s experienced and competent. Reviews are nice, but is there another way? Maybe…

Triple E customers have the benefit of complete peace-of-mind both during and after their window replacement job is complete. That peace-of-mind comes because of extensive training, years of experience, and a Pella Certified Contractor designation process. Such certifications aren’t just handed out to anyone. They need to be earned through expertise, experience, and understanding of the products. So, in a way, Pella has done the vetting of contractors for you.

The understanding our staff has of the various Pella products we offer and how they hold up to our unique Northern AZ, Prescott Valley, Sedona area weather is essential to you as a homeowner. Windows and doors that are ideal in one home may prove to be second choice for yours. Fortunately, our certification enables us to guide you through the entire product selection process as painlessly as possible. You deserve windows and doors that are perfect for your home – no more or no less.

Installation is the other half of the equation and it’s equally as important to the long-term performance of your new doors and windows. It’s also the Achilles heel of window replacements for many contractors. Improper installation can lead to leaks, fogging in between the glass panes, energy-efficiency loss, and voided warranties. We often shake our head in disgust when we are on the job site and come across high-quality windows that didn’t live up to their performance potential because of a bad install. Fortunately, this problem is easy to avoid.

Our certified, headache-free installation process is ideal for those who want to get the most out of their new windows for as many years as possible. If you’re the type who subscribes to “do it right and do it once”, you’re in the right place. Instead of replacing windows by using common, quick-install methods, our headache-free process meets or exceeds the original building standards by replacing the entire window and frame. By integrating the new window’s nail fin with the existing moisture barrier, you end up with a superior product that lasts the lifetime of the window.

The stress that typically accompanies the process of buying and installing new windows disappears when you hire Triple E. Our Pella Certified Contractor designation ensures that we know everything there is to know about Pella windows and doors. And for us, that includes how they’ll hold up the harsh Arizona sun, wind and weather. But the most important consideration we have is how this certification adds to the peace-of-mind our customers gain when working with us. Choosing the right windows can be hard. But not when you work with us.

I love how you talk about the importance of getting your replacement windows put in correctly to prevent further house damage. My brother needs to replace a broken window in his house and he's been thinking about replacing all of them with better quality ones. We'll have to look into finding some professional to help him install them correctly.

It's helpful to know the importance of installing your new windows properly to avoid leaks and other issues. We'd like to get new windows and doors for our house since we just painted it, and our current ones don't match it, so we'll follow your advice to get them installed next week. Thanks for the information on window replacement and what to consider to get a long-term performance.
