Pella Customer Triple E built our Manzanita model home in Blooming Hills Estates finishing in late January. The initial shovel was turned on the home in late September and we had the Occupancy Permit early February. While the building was taking place, we were living in northern Wisconsin. This arrangement could have led to many problems but with Steve Sherman sending a weekly update of the progress by e-mailing fifty or more photos showing what was completed during the past week. The pictures were of a nature that showed the excellent quality of the workmanship and material used. Never was there a question about the quality of anything. The company was amenable to any slight changes in location, adding upgrades or of answering any questions.
This was to be our dream home in Prescott and it is. It is a beautiful home that both Triple E and ourselves are extremely proud of. We couldn’t be happier with our decision of the contractor, the subdivision, home model and the great subdivision in Prescott. Triple E remains committed to maintaining schedules and workmanship and is on site almost daily to insure that his standards are being met. Our relationship with Mr. Edwards remains far above what we expected and we would recommend most highly Triple E to anyone planning a home. You won’t find a better company nor individual for any of your building needs. The “finish” work in the house is excellent.
