What To Expect On Installation Day

Now that you’ve chosen the perfect windows for your home, all that’s left to do is have them installed. Here’s what you can expect on installation day. 

Preparing Your Home for Installation Day
Here are a few helpful tips to get your home ready before the installers arrive.

• Cover and move furniture/decorations 4 to 6 feet away from the installation area.
• If you have pets, please make arrangements to keep them in a safe place.
• If you have an alarm system on your windows, be sure to deactivate it. 

​Installation Day Process

• Our crew arrives at the scheduled time.
• We go over the installation plan with you.
• We cover the work area with drop cloths.
• Old windows are removed and we prepare the opening for your new windows.
• We’ll keep you updated on progress throughout the day.
• We finish the window by insulating, sealing the trim inside and out, and adding the necessary hardware.
• Debris is removed, leaving the work area cleaner than when our team arrived.
• Our on-site team walks you through how to operate and care for your new windows.
• We dispose of your old windows for you.
